Foundational Organization to Promote Growth

The growth of Lake Forest Handyman to add Lake Forest Home Remodel has been one of my favorites to watch. Today, they are looking to add in a Plumbing and Electrical branch, possibly a design element as well. Going from one business to four or five is not a simple task. It requires full scale reorganization and implementation of tools that they previously didn't need as they ramp up from one truck to multiple teams and job sites. I have no doubt that with the correct infrastructure in place, they will be successful. I am proud to continue to support this client over the years and watch them succeed.

Discovery sessions to determine pain points and business needs
Creation of taxonomy structure for organization of content by business group
Create structure to file images, estimates, invoices, and other information to optimize findability
Research and recommend apps for inventory, estimates, and tool allocation
Website review and recommendations based on future growth model per UX standards to establish multiple sister sites under one larger corporation
Host training for owner and employees to ensure full adoption
