UX Design
Website Optimization
The heart of all UX design is the user. I joke while training staff in UX writing and design "nobody cares about your opinion." While I usually get a laugh, the underlying message is there: a truly successful UI focuses around how your users approach and think about your content. You must focus on ease-of-use, clear labeling, intuitive features, and above all, base your design and changes on user testing.
I have done this internally for Wells Fargo for their internal customer service database of process, procedures, regulations, and scripting, as well as Oracle as a consultant for both their content management tool and numerous clients who purchased expert services consulting with me.
Performed a full review and gave recommendations for:
Branding identity
Color schemes and font
Component placement and availability
Content layout and organization
Gallery layout and functionality
Optimization for desktop and mobile access
Page labels
Types of information presented and overall voice of the company
